He quickly diagnosed the issues with the A/C system and gave honest, informed recommendations regarding repair and labor costs. He patiently explained the issues with the system providing photos of gauge readings and in simple terms provided information to make decisions regarding the A/C. He also gave me multiple options and described each one to assist in with my deciding the best choice for my situation. He displayed genuine concern and provided additional information I requested to ensure I was comfortable with the service and cost. In today’s world of poor customer service and concern, Robert went above and beyond to confirm my complete satisfaction with the services provided. I highly recommend this Company and specifically Robert as a trustworthy and competent technician who takes pride in their service and complete dedication in customer satisfaction.

I really appreciate what they did They put in a new unit outside and a new furnace in my home. I highly recommend them. Very professional and very knowledgeable!

They answered all the questions my husband and I had. They were timely and called before coming! One man even took time out of his day to come help us out again!! We have nothing but great things to say about this company! Thanks guys!! We will definitely use them in the future ☺️

I feel that he is a valuable employee. He went beyond the call of duty. I received a wonderful experience. And, I was happy paying the after hour cost due to the service that I received. (December 9, 2022, 3:47 pm)Our experience with Choate’s company was great they are very professional from the sales to the technicians great experience.
We originally had quote and schedule with other company to replace our duct system, the technician from that other company got there and refused to the job because it was harder than they anticipated we ended up call Choate’s to quote they not only took the job, scheduled right away but ended up being cheaper that the other company.
The sales man explain everything we want to the technician in from of us and made sure there was no confusion I 100% recommend Choate’s!
