I recently had the pleasure of visiting an amazing hairdresser (Syd) and I cannot stop raving about the wonderful experience I had! From start to finish, everything about my visit was top-notch and I left feeling like a brand new person.
Firstly, the Syd greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel at ease right away. She took the time to listen to my concerns and desires for my hair, and offered expert advice on what would work best for my hair type and face shape.
During the appointment, Syd was extremely professional and attentive to detail. She took her time with each step of the process and made sure that I was comfortable throughout. I was blown away by her precision and artistry - she truly is a master of her craft.
What's more, the salon itself was clean, modern and welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxed and serene, which made for a truly enjoyable experience.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hairdresser enough. If you are looking for an exceptional hairdressing experience, then look no further than this talented professional. I will definitely be returning to her in the future!

Skylar did an incredible job on my haircut today and she is just the sweetest! She paid attention to the exact length I wanted and double checked how long of layers I was okay with which I appreciate since I prefer longer layers. The salon is so cute and clean - it’s definitely worth the 40 minute drive from Millington to me! Can’t wait to come back!

Richard & Co is the only place I go to for my hair things. Everyone is so friendly. I have been seeing Emma specifically, and she is amazing. Truly an artist. She’s passionate about making people look and feel their best. I 5000% recommend, you will never not leave happy with your new look!

Salon is gorgeous! The atmosphere is very relaxing and welcoming. All of the stylists are very good at what they do. I've been a client of Lauren for 20+ years and she's amazing at everything, but especially color and updos. She knows all of the newest trends and excels at all. Would highly recommend this salon. You won't be disappointed.

I had an exceptional experience at Richard and Co! It's a beautiful salon and everyone was friendly and professional. Mallory was my hair stylist and she was fabulous! The cut was just what I wanted. I don't a lot of experience with dying my hair, but she put me at ease, and did a nice subtle job with the dye. I highly recommend Mallory! She is sweet as can be and you will be thrilled with her work!
