Memphis Collision had a clean office with respectable, down to earth owners and workers that overall provided me with a great experience. I had to choose an office through my insurance company after I was involved in a rough wreck, and I'm so glad I went here!
Though it took nearly a month from vehicle drop off to vehicle pickup, the latter half of which involved out of pocket expenses for the rental on my part, this had zero to do with the repair shop and everything to do with post-COVID part delays.
I might not have written a review except when I picked up my car? It was SPOTLESS. They'd gone above and beyond to clean up what was (admittedly) quite a dirty interior, and that level of attention to detail and customer service will keep me coming back (though hopefully not too soon... no more wrecks for me)! Thank you so much!!

They did an awesome job with my VW Beetle! From the estimator, the front desk lady, to the owner, everyone was friendly and professional. They were very communicative about the process and time frame for getting my car fixed. I was called the day they told me to check in for an update and my car was ready. Theresa assured me my car would look brand new and it did! What especially made me happy was the cleaning inside and out that was done also! MCC really made an already stressful situation go unbelievably smooth. Don’t hesitate to use them for your car repairs.
