Carvana Memphis

It was fun and exciting overall .Part amusement park and part like being inside a neon gumball machine. Being at the actual store and finalizing the purchase was fast and efficient. However, we bought a hybrid car and although there was a full tank (9 gallons) the EV battery was dead. We had to go home, plug the car in and wait a couple of hours before driving it with just the battery. We love our car. A Chevy Volt with all the bells and whistles. It looks, feels and smells new. It gets amazing milage since it's a hybrid and my husband doesn't fill the gas tank but once a month.

I love Carvana. First, I love being able to buy a car without talking to anyone. Second, I love that if you don't like the car they take it back with zero hassle. All of their employees are well trained and are consistent with their answers regardless of who you speak with, all polite as well. I've bought a couple of cars from Carvana now and will again.
The thing I don't like is when the car you buy has been smoked in and you have no way of knowing that in advance.

I recently saw a TV ad on selling your car to Carvana so I google the website and enter my tag number and answered a few questions about the vehicle and instantly I received a nice quoted price I couldn’t refused! They gave me an option of taking it to there location or they would come to my house and bring me a check or direct deposit. I selected for a pickup and they sent a young lady name Sharon Jones 2 days later to get the car. She did a brief inspection and test drove a few blocks and gave me the check! Less than 30 minutes from the time she arrived to paying me ! Very Professional. Thanks!
