East Shelby Library

The East Shelby library is very clean. It is as well-stocked as most branches. Its employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I wish more people would make use of it.

Good one, we found books we wanted and staff were helpful. But it's small one.
Update: Staff are so friendly, my niece finds lot of books, she has good time visiting us, just because of this library

Staff are always very helpful. The monthly book club is the best! Always lively discussion.

The librarians were very helpful and polite. My daughters enjoyed the children section. The library is very welcoming and we will visit again.

They are somewhat lacking in study tables, but they have the largest children-to-adults ratio I've ever seen. Nearly half the library is devoted to kids, and they even have their own special bathrooms. If they don't have a book, they will call and have another library hold it for you. They are a Memphis library, and thus have access to the entire network. But what seriously impresses me is that child section, because getting kids into reading at a time when schools aren't focusing on more than testing is so important.
