We’ve been using James Pest for about a year now and they have never disappointed. The usual bugs of summer had started to swarm our porch, but after their service yesterday our outside is nice and enjoyable. They are usually always on time, but will call you to let you know if they are running even 5-8 minutes behind. We’ve also never had any problems with their staff being courteous and professional.

I have used them for decades.
Allen is our technician. He is so friendly and absolutely professional. We have two homes and use James Pest Management for both, and we always ask for Allen. Sometimes we have to wait a couple of weeks until he is working in this area.
