“This is not lesaint logistics. It is crescent and Cosco. You park overnight, and I was treated very well. Problem with broker, delivery listed from dispatch my company was 9.28.22 at 11am. Nope, was October 4 at 8am. Very logical and helpful at security check in, he went and got Warehouse/ facility manager and said get me In after 12, I arrived early to take a 2hr, but changed their minds as I was creeping to staging area. Docked and was done in 1.6 hrs. Sitting waiting on 2hr to finish.”

The condition the flooring turned up in was unacceptable as well as unusable and partially missing. It was good good quality but had been obviously put thru alot in shipping. Banyan replied to my email immediately and asked for pictures, I do not think any of the pictures I sent went thru but they still refunded all my money spent and didn't even ask to have me send it back. This site is legit and though it was too late for me to have new products sent (which they offered) I will definitely be using them for further house renovation 100%recommend!”
