I have been getting my cars serviced at the East Windsor Midas for several years. Ola and the service team are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. They do GREAT work, and I trust my that my vehicle is in good hands when I take it in for service. I also know they will let me know if any future repairs that I should be aware of. I know I was one of many cars that needed to be serviced recently, but they managed to diagnose and repair my Subaru quickly. I highly recommend this shop! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great customer relations. I was told by a different mechanic that I needed a radiator flush but Ola looked it up and told me didn't need it yet. Appreciated her honesty and not having to spend the extra money. She also clearly explained the work that was needed once the mechanic looked at my car and didn't push for me to get the work done then, althoughi decided to have it done there was no pressure. In addition, the waiting room was spacious and clean so didn't mind waiting.

Switched to Midas recently and couldn't be happier. Incredibly easy to discuss car problems, they listen and detail out their troubleshooting steps. Best of all, they actually follow through with their plan and communicate well. They are also very flexible with me!
Very much recommended for all auto repairs and maintenance.

Tire lead time and service availability was good.
They have accommodated my request to change the four tires while I waited at the shop. They were busy but they did it in a little less than 2 hours (my total waiting time). Overall I was satisfied with the service.

Sal, Ola, and team are outstanding! Extremely friendly and will take the time to listen to your issues/concerns. Sal sat with me for about 45 minutes researching a part with me in the office. The workmanship is extraordinary and the work on my truck was done right the first time (and even if there was an issue it would be corrected with no problem).
