Custom Springs & Trailer Repair

We were on a cross country trip when we lost the dust cap on one of the wheel bearings on our travel trailer. This caused the bearings and the electric brakes to be destroyed and ruined the axle spindle. After many calls to find parts and repair, we were finally directed to Custom Spring. They had all the parts that we needed and were able to replace the spindle on the axle in one day allowing us to continue our trip. Incredible service! Thanks to John for all his help and expertise. Was recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint. They fixed my tandem axel boat trailer in 2 days. (New hubes, springs, shackles, bushings and a spindle repair) You cant beat the quick turnaround and quality of work. On top of that, my trailer light wires were hanging and they reconnected them all for me.

The guys took care of replacing the axle and leaf springs in a short amount of time and got me back on the road. Great team and service.

What a life saver. They got us back on the road in 20 minutes. We have a bumpy tale to tell. We were on our way from Texas to Indiana. We hit some really bumpy roads between Little Rock and Memphis. When we got to our stopping point we noticed that a shackle on our fifth wheels equalizer was broken. After calling a dozen shops and either getting nowhere or being told we were 2 weeks out. We were finally referred to Custom Springs. They understood our issue and said they could have us fixed the next morning. Thanks to John and Daniel for helping us and getting us back on the road. Excellent company and super friendly people! I had a pair of pickup truck leaf springs worked on and the ride height turned out exactly as I requested it. Amazing work at a great price. I will definitely be back if I need them again!
