Greenbrook has the best maintenance team being led by the service manager, Darrell Totten. My maintenance concerns always get resolved immediately upon request. Darrell understands the severity of the tenants needs and that we rely on them to resolve our problems quickly. Being that I am a long time tenant, Darrell has ALWAYS operated in the best needs of the tenant. Greenbrook is extremely blessed to have someone like this employed for them. Keep doing an extraordinary job Darrell 👏

My daughter lives here. Its a nice, and well kept complex. The office staff has been great, but there is this one lady in the office by the name of Ms. Brenda, OMG she is amazing, She really works w/ you. Ms. Brenda is understanding, and not your typical office staff member on NUMEROUS occasions she has gone over and beyond to help my daughter. I can not express how Thankful we are for her, The compassion she shows is awesome. But she keeps it very professional at all times. I would HIGHLY recommend any one that's looking for an apt. to choice these.

I like this place sometimes. They always handle what I need. Maintenance is slow most of the time and never answer the phone unless you go up there but the ladies in the office are usually pleasant. Ms. Tiffany is the absolute best!!!! I’ve lived here 5 years now and I’m okay with it.

Brittney was super helpful! She answered all of my questions that I had before I moved in and even after. She is so sweet and made working with very easy. She walked my husband and I through everything step by step. Very patient and kind. Thank you Brittney!!!
