I've attended classes for 7 months and originally I thought i would just go and see what this was about. But this program is different. The focus is on YOU and to help you strengthen your core. I now go 4-6 times - its virtual now, but still beneficial. The classes work you but at your own pace. I love it! This is Best thing I've ever done for myself . Other byproducts?
