“What a fantastic place full of professional, focused instructors who not only lead classes with exercises that strengthen the entire body but also motivate you to be the best you can be. I've attended classes for 7 months and originally I thought i would just go and see what this was about. But this program is different. The focus is on YOU and to help you strengthen your core. I now go 4-6 times - its virtual now, but still beneficial. The classes work you but at your own pace. I love it! This is Best thing I've ever done for myself . Other byproducts? “My wife and I recently planned a dream vacation to Hawaii. We were incredibly excited, but years of working in office had taken its toll on my health and fitness. I didn’t want to miss out because of fatigue or lack of confidence in my physical abilities. I need to find some help to h get me ready for this great adventure. Having practiced yoga off and on for more than ten years around the world, I was thrilled to find Stephanie leading a wonderful yoga class in downtown Memphis. In our very first session, it was clear that Stephanie was a gifted instructor. She was able to look at the students in front of her and gather from their body types, subtle movements, and mood what type of session would fulfill their needs and then execute it as if it had been planned for weeks. I spoke with Stephanie about my goals and began training with Stephanie a few times a week. I lost more than 30 lbs, deepened flexibility, improved balance, and feel more settled at home and at work. Her classes and a rethinking of my diet have helped me to feel stronger in my body and shown me a path to greater self-confidence.
