(December 17, 2020, 10:04 am)Great for what it is. Lots of land repurposed specifically for wildlife. Very nice fishing lake. Short paved trails and a much longer "cross country-esque" trail toward the back end of the lake, more on the way. Personally seen ducks, herons, turkeys, and other birds without actually looking for them. Signs of Epping Way's past can be seen, such as this highly creepy swing set.

(November 16, 2020, 3:08 pm)Richard Sanders and helper said they'd be here between 12-5. Richard called beforehand and showed up at 12noon sharp. Explained everything to me, got to work like a pro, showed me what he'd done, cleaned up, offered future services. Absolutely fantastic job. Y'all have got a good man in Richard.
