“Manager (i believe) who took care of me at check out was obviously busy with an abundance of items behind the counter that were out of place looked like clutter hell back there she was so busy with that that while checking me out she forgot to hit something and my card declined plus i had to go #1 so bad there was about to be a cleanup in check out about to be called and she had to not only get the key but personally escort me to unlock the bathroom door for me and to both of our surprise there was half a bag of kitty litter strewn across the floor for some reason HOWEVER despite all these things Ms. Manager or clerk or whatev her title is not once even frowned a little bit! She has a pleasant attitude and wonderful customer service. This store is not in what anyone at all would call a "good neighborhood" but she made me feel like i was on the other side of town in there and even had a sweet little question/statement for me when i was walking out despite still being busy with stuff behind the counter people in line and a cop asking her questions at the moment too. It's personal what the statement/question was but it was very sweet and considerate of her and her attitude makes her a customer service angel anyone would be lucky to have her as an employee!”

“My friend had her birthday pole class here and loved her experience. Overall the class was fun, but it felt short. Instead of the thirty minute break to do whatever we wanted which I’m sure my friends and I would’ve loved to continue dancing, going over the routines we were taught, and possibly have it recorded for later. It was also stressed for us to leave a positive review which we may have done anyways in the end. I really enjoyed the class and would love to find somewhere to continue learning pole.”
