“Manager (i believe) who took care of me at check out was obviously busy with an abundance of items behind the counter that were out of place looked like clutter hell back there she was so busy with that that while checking me out she forgot to hit something and my card declined plus i had to go #1 so bad there was about to be a cleanup in check out about to be called and she had to not only get the key but personally escort me to unlock the bathroom door for me and to both of our surprise there was half a bag of kitty litter strewn across the floor for some reason HOWEVER despite all these things Ms. Manager or clerk or whatev her title is not once even frowned a little bit! She has a pleasant attitude and wonderful customer service. This store is not in what anyone at all would call a "good neighborhood" but she made me feel like i was on the other side of town in there and even had a sweet little question/statement for me when i was walking out despite still being busy with stuff behind the counter people in line and a cop asking her questions at the moment too. It's personal what the statement/question was but it was very sweet and considerate of her and her attitude makes her a customer service angel anyone would be lucky to have her as an employee!”

“I love my bed I got at Bedding by Brown. It's perfect. I love a firm mattress and that's exactly what I got. The original mattress I wanted was more then I wanted to spend, but Mr Brown found me a different one and it's perfect. He was so friendly, honest and funny. It's hard to find honest people who sell things. I purchased my mattress on Feb 22, 2022 and it's August 3, 2022 and my mattress HAVEN'T lost shape or sunk in. My son also purchased a bed for him and his daugther. He is just as happy. The delivery was fast and professional. I wish I could give 100 star's. You will not be disappointed and the store and the merchandise was very very clean an organized”
