I drive about two miles past the Circle K because the staff is friendly and courteous and the store is nice and clean.

I was in really early in the morning and the staff couldn't not have been nicer and the coffee bar is great I definitely recommend to any trucker that comes through they got everything you would need while you're on the road

I have been here several times with my cars and have always been satisfied with the service.

My preferred gas station, I sometimes drive the extra mile since I like the cleanliness and good lighting at this location.

I also like the air machine: it will beep once your tires are inflated at the proper PSI. That machine also accepts Debit so that’s convenient.

This Circle K ranks best in regards to its selection of stocked goods, ‘always fresh coffee' 24/7 and a consistent overall cleanliness. Finding a ‘extremely clean’ convince store, in the Memphis area, is like winning 100% of the time on Tennessee scratch-off lotto cards…it just doesn’t happen. It’s incredibly busy in-between the hours of 4:30-6:30pm. A massive traffic bottleneck for vehicles coming off Highway 385 and intersecting an already clogged Winchester Rd. This can make 'getting back on the road', at this intersection, extremely difficult at times. This Circle K is open 24/7. A nice feature because it's located within a safe part of town, the facility is well lit and also easily accessible at night. The best part and defining aspect of this particular Circle K/Exxon? I'd say it's the coffee. The serving and preparation area is always clean and always well stocked. Above all...the coffee is always fresh. The worst defining aspect of this store? (And the reason it did not receive 5/5 stars.) There's only one thing that can take away from an otherwise great business operation…bad Customer Service. Unfortunately, the chances of having to communicate with someone who has a lousy attitude is pretty high. I just don’t have the patience to spend my money somewhere that has employees who perpetually act like they don’t like their jobs, and create an atmosphere that is not inviting. I’m not asking to have my best friend work behind that counter, or to participate in a weekly sitcom about a friendly neighborhood Circle K store employee…it’s just nice to see people who respect their own jobs and take pride in their work. Should I expect this from an employee at a neighborhood Circle K? Yes. And the very reason I say yes is because amazingly enough the other half of the folks who work at this particular Circle K are fantastic every-time I see them. You see, I actually live within a few miles of this convince store. I typically venture there at least 1-2 times daily. Some store employees I’ve seen almost everyday since I moved into the Memphis area around a year ago. They know me by name…they’re always kind and corgial, and they certainly work very hard and take pride in their jobs. This certainly is not an urban part of Memphis, but if it was…I’d consider this Circle K my ‘Corner Store’. It’s for that very reason that I don’t like the fact that it’s a 40/60 chance whether you’re going to get great customer service, a kind personality and someone who genuinely cares about their job, or whether you’re going to get a large dense rock of an unwelcoming when you arrive at the door. I have no doubt things will improve. Great attitudes always rise above. Until then, I’d suggest that you still pay a visit to have great coffee 24/7, and/or to experience an ‘actually really clean’ Memphis area convince store. If you get a smile or the occasional, “How’s your day?”…then good for you, because you’ve beat the odds.
