Probably one of the best customer experiences I've had in a while. I'm not a mechanic, I had researched what I needed, and the staff were helpful in making sure that was correct. Most parts stores I've been to seem to look down on, or try to take advantage of those who aren't mechanics in my experience, not this place! The staff are great!

Great customer service return to park they switched it out no questions asked no receipt just ask for my phone number so I had bought one before very good very happy

The young man who installed my battery was very friendly and enthusiastic about his task at hand. (This review was for the AutoZone off of Buckner Blvd, near Old Scyene, in Pleasant Grove... don't know why Google Maps moved it to Rowlett).

I can always find what I need here to get my car to pass inspection, run better, or in general get my car to be more mine. Prices are fair, and staff is experienced and helpful.
