Awesome service. I needed help changing a turn signal light. Aaron was very friendly and gave me great service. Changed the bulb for me and got me back on the road safely. Always great service from the team at the Bluffton Indiana store. Thanks again😀

Appointment only! I know the website says different but don’t try and just show up. You have to get you temp checked even though you are already inside the NEX and on top of that their thermometers are super inaccurate. One day I was at “108”! So I was turned away instead of using common sense that a person with 108 fever probably won’t be walking around trying to get a hair cut

The process for the time of COVID-19 was seamless. The barber was friendly and take care of business.
Happy to have a military cut back on my noggin.

The employee Red was a great help! was only in town to help fix my mothers car and she was extremely helpful. She explained she wouldn’t get that parts in in time and offered help to see where we could get the part. Was unable to get it the part was able to get some air fresheners and cleaner to help with the smokey car instead. Great place and extremely quick
