Can I say that he was super engaging with my son and my daughter who was also with me. Very professional. He asked them about things they were interested in as well as played trivia question games while he cut my son’s hair. I was very pleased and my children had fun at the same time. “We had an amazing two week stay at the campground. The staff were incredibly friendly. All the facilities were incredibly clean and the entire grounds were well maintained. With the gated entry and the ranger always nearby we felt incredibly safe at all hours of the night The camp hosts were always around and eager to help. They provided recommendations on restaurants, nearby activities and other state parks to visit. I found their firewood to be a better deal than that from stores in town. The wildlife was plentiful and very accustomed to people. Often I would enjoy my morning coffee with a whole herd of deer about 25 feet from my window.”

“Covenant has been great! I'd used them before to help with issues on my old unit with which they were always immediate and on time or early with answering, returning calls and showing up. Generally they were able to help me just simply over the phone with most smaller issues. I had to finally replace my 22 year old unit a few weeks ago and decided to go with them for the replacement. As units are costly right now I decided to get 3 different quotes. One was a couple grand cheaper, one was about right at same price and ultimately I'm glad I went with Covenant. They were the only of the 3 companies to respond immediately, get the unit out a day later and have it installed, they offered financing and always answered my calls and questions. The other 2 companies never responded half the time and some companies I tried never even responded or never followed up. I have to say the customer service of Covenant is top notch and refreshing. The work they did was incredibly well done and everything looks professional and operates correctly! They also offer affordable maintenance care and great warranties. Thank you guys!”
