“I had been in the market for a new car for a few months. I knew what I was looking for, which in the middle of a national car shortage did not make it the most easy task. However, Trevor and the sales manager Mike went above and beyond to make this a seamless process. They worked with me to find the exact vehicle I was looking for, from the exterior to interior details. They kept me informed of when a vehicle could be expected to arrive and contacted me promptly as soon as one did. This is the second purchase I have made from Hallmark and I'm sure I will be back. I have been involved in the purchasing process at other dealerships, which took all day. That is not the case at Hallmark Hyundai.
