I have lived with lower back pain for the last 5+ years. I could no longer go for runs let alone stand on my feet for more than an hour without needing to sit due to discomfort. I was also experiencing pain waking up in the morning and sitting at my desk for work. After seeing Chris ONE TIME, I was able to take exercises home with me that eased my pain throughout the day and strengthened my hips to help support my back. I have now been receiving care for 5 months; I am running 4x a week and experiencing little to no pain. Chris is an excellent care giver; catering to your needs and personalizing your treatment plan for optimal results. Whether you are looking to get stronger or are nursing an injury, you are in good and capable hands with Chris!

This physical therapy is different! Undivided attention... not, do 20 each side and I’ll be right back with you. I went to Momentum after having a stem cell treatment for a torn meniscus. I was very weak kneed, also had weak ankles. I could not get out of my kayak unassisted☹️. After several sessions, I am now much stronger and have no pain after walking several miles. I’m so appreciative to Chris for his guidance and sincere effort to help me. Any time your have uninterrupted instruction from a health care professional in today’s world for an hour, well it hard to find! I highly recommend Momentum.

I enthusiastically recommend Chris to anyone looking for that next level beyond traditional physical therapy. I am a 50 year old physician who trains as a Crossfit athlete. I suffered my second rotator cuff tear this past year. My first injury 4 years ago ( to my right, dominant shoulder) did well with traditional therapy, but took an entire year to recover and get back to full weight lifting and gymnastic movements. This past year when I realized I had a severe injury to my left, non-dominant arm I was very concerned. I first met Chris about that time when he came to our gym for a workshop, on for all things, the shoulder! I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and techniques. Hearing his style of one on one practice appealed to me. I had a successful surgery this year and signed on for therapy. He has been nothing less than excellent. While following my surgeons basic protocol he added his own techniques to enhance the healing and recovery process. I can proudly say that I am now doing things at 6 months (safely and effectively) that previously took me a year to achieve following my first surgery. Keep in mind, this current surgery was on my non-dominant arm and I had a more severe rotator cuff injury. Also of note, I did have both procedures performed by the same great surgeon. I truly believe in Chris' approach and methods. He always took the time to listen to me, addressed all my concerns and modified my plans as needed. It was also extremely effective to have his full undivided attention during all of our sessions. This has led to a huge success for me and I am grateful. If you have an injury that will require PT or are even considering PT, please give some thoughtful consideration to seeing him. It is well worth the investment. I hope I never have a shoulder (or other) injury again, but if I do, I know the first person I am going to call, and that is Chris Beavers.

I came to Chris after dealing 1.5 years with a hip injury. I am extremely thankful to have found Chris, as i had given up on it ever getting better after trying multiple rounds of PT, steroid injections, rest, etc. Momentum is not your average PT clinic as you get a one-on-one appointment and his level of attention and detail is unlike anything I had experienced. Over the course of just a few visits I saw dramatic changes with my ability to sit, squat, lunge and walk. He not only gave me the tools I needed to keep me going on my path to recovery, but most importantly he gave me hope that it was possible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
    Thanks Chris!

MADE A TON OF PROGRESS! SO HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS! I went from about 15% of my functioning capacity (without pain) to 99% in just five weeks. Chris created a comfortable and open environment as well as explained everything we did explicitly. Above all, his customer care is beyond compare. I knew that I could rely on him to listen to my needs and pain anytime. I would HIGHLY recommend.
