Before working with Leslie at Music City Healing, I was exhausted from trying to break patterns of not speaking up for myself. I had lost the ability to set healthy boundaries. My life had become a vicious circle of going through the motions, often feeling lonely & sad.

Through BWRT, mental strategies and an unbelievably revealing past life regression experience... I gained the understanding of why I was trapped in a negative cycle. The process & results were also a lot quicker than I expected.

This is allowing me to begin speaking up for myself, set healthy boundaries & stop letting others define me. I'm beginning to take back self-control and feel whole & complete within myself. I'm so grateful for Leslie for sharing her gifts & passions to help guide me to the peaceful & loving life I want to live.
