“The care and dedication of this team is unmatched. We took our lab to the rehab weekly his last two years with us and they for sure helped extend his time here and gave him a better quality of life. The rehab team is amazing! The vet is also incredible, everyone is so friendly and helpful. It feels like you’re around close friends and family. They also came to our house to help us say goodbye to our lab last summer. Hardest thing ever but their support and empathy was what we needed. The location is incredible, it’s peaceful and serene, I love it when I’m out there. Highly recommend!”

“There really are so many wonderful things to say about the entire team at VRSM. The team at VRSM has guided my dog, and me, through two separate surgeries over the course of the past year. I was overwhelmed my dog needed a TPLO surgery and by how much time and effort it would take for her to recover and regain her strength and pre-surgery life. I spent over thirty minutes on the phone asking every question on my very long list as one of the members of the amazing team at VRSM explained the entire process to me, answered each of my questions, and addressed all of my concerns. A few weeks after surgery we had our consultation with Dr. Turner. I cannot say enough about how kind, knowledgeable, and understanding she was during our first meeting. She truly is remarkable. She was able to explain to us what our dog was going through post-surgery, how well she was recovering thus far, and what our dog would need over the course of the next few months to not only fully recover, but to do so in a safe manner. We spent the next few months going to VRSM twice a week. During each of our visits the team worked with our dog through a series of exercises, lasers, therapies, and the use of an underwater treadmill to slowly and safely help our dog regain her strength and recover from surgery. At the beginning of each session a therapist takes the time to speak with us about how we think our dog is doing, what concerns we might have, and any changes we may have seen since her last session. After each session a therapist comes back out and gives us a complete assessment how our dog did, ways she has improved, changes they needed to make to the session that day for optimal results, and any changes they think need to be made going forward. Again, we have been going to VRSM for nine months, and this level of service and attention to detail is given at every single session. I’m going to call myself out here, and say: I’m a pretty high-maintenance dog owner. I always have a question. I always have a concern. I always need something re-explained to me. And every single time. And I do mean every single time. A member of the VRSM team has been patient, gracious, and kind to me as they spent extra time ensuring I felt comfortable. I truly feel the team at VRSM deserves to be recognized for how exceptional they are. However I also felt this review needed to be written to help all the dogs and dog owners who may be facing a similar circumstance to ours. To be faced with rehabilitation after surgery, an injury, or a diagnosis can be emotional and overwhelming. But to have a place like VRSM to bring your dog to can be life changing for them. I promise. It seems crazy to say this, but: One of the very best things that ever happened to our dog was her needing a TPLO surgery. It brought Dr. Turner and her entire VRSM team into our lives. They have reshaped our dog’s life after surgery and have added a level of quality to her life as she begins to age that we simply would not have been able to offer our dog without the guidance, knowledge, and kindness of the VRSM team. If your goal is to find your dog the very best care possible, then you have just found the absolute perfect team to call.”

“I absolutely love this vet. I drive 30 minutes to go here and it is so worth it! All of the staff is extremely friendly and caring from the front desk staff, vet assistants and doctors I adore them all! I bring both of my bunnies here and I trust this vet office to take care of anything that might come up. Recently one of my bunnies has been having health issues that haven’t been easy to figure out. Dr. Frevert has been so patient with me and all of my questions and has been doing anything it takes to help get him better. They are so good about getting him into the office as soon as possible when he needs to be seen. Dr Frevert has even been kind enough to call me back after hours to answer any questions or concerns that I have had come up at times. If you’re looking for a vet you can trust to take amazing care of your animals I would highly recommend this office especially for bunny parents! “We’ve been with Dr. Bob Russel for almost 17 years now, and couldn’t ask for a more attentive veterinarian for our beloved Pembroke Welsh Corgis! During that time, we’ve also seen Dr. Jim Russel and Dr. Dawson and they are all equally awesome!! In addition, the staff are all top notch, from the all the technicians, the front desk staff, grooming and boarding etc, we trust Battleground 100% with the health, safety and well-being our our pets! We even moved 25 miles south to another county, but still will not part with these great folks! Our corgis have all lived to a very old age, and we contribute that partly to the wonderful vet care they have received over the years!!”

“After taking my horse to 2 other veterinarians with no progress, we hauled my horse here from Cannon County. It was so worth the trip! Dr. Hardison was so good with him. She was willing to X-ray him when the other vets insisted it wasn’t necessary. (It is worth the peace of mind to me to know what we’re NOT dealing with when the diagnosis is questionable.) The facilities are impressive and so clean and accessible. I will be back in the spring with all 5 of my horses for their annual visits.”

“I just relocated back to TN and looked up reviews and recommendations on Nextdoor for Vets near me. Hands down, Beauchamp (pronounced Bee-chum) Animal Hospital had the most recommendations. I took one of my furbabies, Caesar. in for a visit and dental with Dr Bush yesterday and I have to say that I was SUPER impressed with the team...front desk team as well as Dr Adam Bush, DVM. I could really tell that they all are true animal lovers and they take CARE of the pets in their care. My baby was calm and Dr Bush was truly gentle and sweet with my boy for his first visit and subsequent procedure. I'm happy beyond words and so GRATEFUL that I found this wonderful tea,. My pets will be FOREVER patients of Dr Adam Bush and Beauchamp.
