“This company has been an amazing partner to Nearest Green Distillery this Christmas season! After meeting with the owner Luther and GM Ryan, it was evident they truly care about their work and their customers. We hired them to decorate our entire distillery grounds inside and out! The work started in October and it has been a joy to work with their team everyday throughout the end of the year! They did things they hadn’t necessarily done before, went over and above to accommodate last minute requests, and even shared a countdown to light it all up at once for our Winter Wonderland Tree and Grounds Lighting on Black Friday! Photos simply cannot capture what it looks like in real life… so swing on by to see it in person til Dec 31st! I cannot say enough awesome things about Lumenate and can’t wait to work with them again next year for even bigger things! Rebekah and Natalie are just amazing ladies as well. “If you’re looking for an experienced, professional, knowledgeable electrician that shows up on time, Mr. Hyde is the answer to your prayers. We were having some issues in our master bedroom which we thought might be just another bad Apple cord. I replaced the cord. Still had an issue with it but then a lamp started flickering. One day, all the power in the room went off. It didn’t throw the breaker. Then all of a sudden, everything came back on by themselves!? I knew it was an electrical issue and I could not sleep at night thinking that we might have a house fire. So like a lot of people, we took to Google to “ fix it ourselves“. We tried to troubleshoot it ourselves thinking it was the TV or lamp that might be bad so we unplugged everything and plugged things back in. It seemed fine for a couple of days. But then the power went out again completely just in that room. Then it would all come back on in about 10 minutes. Finally, it kept flickering off and on every few minutes. (the whole room!) Then in the kitchen, switches were turning on lights that they weren’t supposed to turn on. They were on a different breaker than the master bedroom! It was like the house was possessed. Seriously, I was afraid to sleep in my house because I thought it would burst into flames. I needed an electrician who knew his stuff! I didn’t want our house burning down. I saw a few recommendations for Hyde’s electrical service on the Facebook group “I love Dandridge“. I gave him a call and he made an appointment for me the very next day. He was on time for the appointment and he figured out the problem in no time at all! To ease my concerns, he offered to checked several light switches, sockets and the electrical panel. And I’m glad he did because he found an issue with our heat pump setting off a breaker. Thank goodness our unit is covered by warranty and they will be out Thursday. His prices were so much more reasonable than the other electricians we have hired in the past! Hyde went above and beyond even after fixing the issue. He gave me peace of mind so I could sleep at night again. He truly is a treasure and if you’re looking for an experienced (22 years), knowledgeable, professional electrician that actually shows up, then Mr. Hyde is your man. We setup an appointment and Mr.Harvey arrived as he promised and gave me an estimate on the work that I needed done. The quoted rate was very competitive so I gave him the job. I am really glad I did. He arrived back at my house on 11-19-12 and completed the quoted job in a quick and efficient manner.
