“Randy’s Worldwide is ALWAYS our first choice for differential parts. We have had some interesting requests over the past several years, one in particular that comes to mind was when the owner of a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado with a 4.8 L 4X4 asked us to remove and replace the ring gears & pinions and bearings in front and rear to a 488 ratio. We advised against it, but he insisted. So, we called the guys at Randy’s and they made sure we had everything we needed. When the customer burned up his gears about a month later, and we had to replace it all, Randy’s Yukon Extended Warranty was awesome and hassle-free. We got the new parts fast and the customer was back on the road within a few days. Now, less than a year later, the customer wants to go back to factory and sell the vehicle or put a new rear end (from a 2500) on his truck. We finally convinced the customer that it would be more cost effective to just buy a bigger truck! All of this to say that the team at Randy’s know their stuff and have an excellent customer service department! Also, their new website is very user friendly and the Differential Wizard is awesome! My mother and I can at times have a dark back and forth banter, all in good fun. I've teased her before that when she's old as he'll I'm putting her in the worst facility imaginable. She'd laugh and laugh. She knew I would never. When the time actually came she refused to move in with me. So I researched and I really liked Morningside. She still has some indipendence. She has made quite a lot of friends and she feels safe during this scary time. The staff according to her is stupendous.”

From the very beginning I felt comfortable meeting with Angela(NP) who performed my initial appointment. Any calls made to the clinic was returned within a timely manner. Since then I had met with Dr Doctor at the Nashville location every week until delivery — if she could not meet with me then she would refer me to her trusted partner who is just as amazing. Marlye is amazing with her care. My delivery went smooth and I was assured that if I had an other issues to give the office a call. If I decide to have any other children I will continue my care with Dr. Dudney. She was truly amazing !!”

The facility always has things planned for the residents. Much much more than the traditional bingo night. Back road country bus rides , residents and family events, outside entertainers brought in, local school children visits and plays. I mean it ... so pay attention.. I have gone through the trails of having my family member live in other facilities nearby that looked good on paper but were really just a poorly run and money mills for the owners... It is N O T ... N O T N O T like that at Morning Point. If it is time for someone you love to be in an assistant living facility and you a place where they can be happy and safe...You want to check out the Morning Point facility in Franklin.”

“In 2015 my 10 year old son broke his front tooth (number 9). His dentist (Dr. Holiday) called into the Apex offices who were able to "fixed" him in the same day and saved my son from being teased at school! In 2016 my 11 year son broke the same tooth that would now need a root canal. I was very nervous to have this procedure done to my son at such a young age, however the nurse Danielle reassured me every step of the way. She answered every single question I had before, during, and after the visit. After the root canal was performed Danielle informed me that everything went well and that my son had actually fallen asleep during the procedure. This was such a relief for me. Dr. Heeren came out afterwards and answered the remaining thousands of questions I had, lol. I was given a prescription to assist my son with any pain he may have, however I am happy to report that I never had to get it filled! My son was pain free throughout the entire process and I grateful for the expertise and professionalism at the Apex offices. Hopefully I don't see them next year but even if I do I know that my son will be in good hands!”
