However, I don't always have time to run into the store which is why I was so excited to see they have an online shop. A few weeks ago, I used the online shop for the first time, and though there was a snafu in my order, they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Since it is an outlet, you have to visit there more than once, as new merchandise comes out on the floor continuously. Merchandise is scratch, dent, returns, etc. Our purchase of a chair and a half with ottoman was great and at a great price. We were able to pick up after purchase. They helped us load.
