“Anthony offered to pick up my old Murray push mower that suddenly stopped working. I assumed it’d cost more than it was worth to have it repaired, so I donated it to him so he could use it for parts in his business. He quickly picked it up so we didn’t have to deal with taking it to the dump. He was kind and gracious to receive the donation and even gave us some weed eater replacement parts for our weed eater in exchange for our donated mower. “I was bringing my wife and new daughter home from the hospital at 5 minutes to closing time for the pharmacy. I called the store in hopes that someone would answer the phone and wait for us so we could have the prescriptions. I made my way through the call tree at 5:59pm on a Sunday night, I knew there was no way anybody would answer the phone with one minute left before closing. I was wrong. An actual live person answered the phone, and agreed to make sure that we got my wife's medications that night. Wow. Such customer service is not expected in this day and age, but the pharmacist came through! Thank you so much for taking the extra time and effort to make sure that we had what we needed for the first night home.”

“My husband and I have had the same Primary Care Physician in Collierville for years which seemed to provide quality care, but he recently retired and we ended up with another PCP in Olive Branch. Needless to say, the service was not as expected. We were referred to Dr. Valcee and have had exceptional treatment since our first visit. There were underlying conditions that were not aware of until our visit with him. I prefer a doctor that cares about my over all well-being! I loved his staff, they are professional and extremely friendly! Dr. Valcee is attentive and gets to the issues at hand!”

While I was waiting I went into a coughing fit, and as I tried to tell the nurse through gasps and tears that I was going to buy myself a bottle of water, she generously handed me two. The doctor (Michelle?) was super friendly and personable, and I'm guessing her diagnosis was correct because I was feeling better within the next two days. Finally, two days later, I received a call from Beth checking to make sure that I was feeling better and to see if I had any questions.”

“My wife entered Curahealth on May 8 and left on July 28, 2020. During that extended time many things occurred, as one could expect with someone who had suffered a "significant brain bleed". During that entire time the staff was efficient and courteous including the CEO who called me late one evening. Case manager Kelly Dunn was available day or night.
