“I’m I single Grandfather with custody of my two toddler Grandkids. The lady’s and the staff here are Brilliant at what they do, from the phone call to book our appointment to the in house visit, they were exceptional. My grandson needed a multiple of shots in which they explained to me verbally and with writing literature that made it easier for me at 50 to look over and understand. How they handle him was exceptional . They made them feel comfortable with coloring books and ice afterwards . As a grandpa I’m always very cautious and careful with there needs and care . But the lady’s here made our experience enjoyable and well worth coming back .Thank you lady’s from the bottom of my heart…”

“The road test examiner “Savage”…well he really was savage. Super nice man! Even held the door for people, which is so rare nowadays. The lady at the counter was very helpful. I was a walk-in on Wed & was done in 1 hour. PRO TIP: You can request an e ticket on the TN dmv website which holds your place in line up to 2 hours before arriving. The website also lists wait times for each location & you can also setup appointments. When you walk in, there is a kiosk inside on your right, or even better you can use the QR code on the sign when you first walk in to check in. Additional parking in back (see photo). Be patient with these people, they want you in and out as fast as possible, too.”

“By far this is the best driver service center I have visited. People are super friendly, efficient, and very helpful. I have been to this center a few times, and each experience has been top-notch. Literally no wait time - you would walk in, get your ticket from the kiosk, and within a few minutes, you are taken care of. Add to the best experience, this place is well maintained, easy to find, and overall, they get the job done. It's a little far from Nashville but worth the drive. Highly recommend!”
