“I had a great first experience here! I believe it was Staci who was beyond patient with me while I took my time shopping for glasses. She even stayed past her shift to ensure she assisted me through the entire process which she certainly didn't have to do, but she chose to do anyway. She was extremely helpful, but not at all overbearing while I shopped. She was very personable and answered all of my questions. When I came back to pick up my glasses (which came in less than a week, sooner than expected!) the gentleman there was so helpful and very much invested in how my glasses looked, how well they fit and how I felt about them. He took so much time with me to make sure I was truly satisfied. While I was posing to check them out from several angles, a very sweet old man approached us. He was unable to walk and had a thick accent, but it was clear he was having trouble seeing. The gentleman very sweetly listened and then offered assistance, even looking for and discussing discount options to help the man. It was very apparent he was willing to help this man in any way he could. It was very sweet to witness. As I got up to leave, the gentleman assisting me stood up, shook my hand and thanked me for my business. I'm not sure why that moment stood out to me several days later... one would assume that's just a polite, nonchalant business exchange, but it truly felt like so much more. His gratitude was so heartfelt and sincere. Days later, I thought about that moment and realized how little you hear a genuine "Thank you for your business", and almost never is one as meaningful as his was that day. I had a wonderful experience at the Spring Hill Walmart Vision Center and I will definitely be going back there in the future!”

“"Old school" hardware store, meaning the staff is very knowledgeable about products and determining what you need when you bring parts to replace, etc. I always come here first for my weekend warrior runs of parts, tools, etc. Good luck at finding someone in the aisle at Lowes/HomeDepot let alone with the years of knowledge these folks have!! “First time in this Goodwill Store. Fairly busy on a late Saturday afternoon. Store was clean, well until I dropped a glass plate and broke it ! I cleaned up the mess and told the cashier what happened. It was all good. Prices seemed to be a little high, several items were not marked so you are at the mercy of the cashier. The staff was friendly. I would go back !”

“This is one of the newest Starbucks in the area as of 2022 and it’s functional. Operations can be slightly slower during peak hours but that’s less surprising at Starbucks locations that also have drive-throughs. Outdoor seating area is neat and usable. Indoor vibe is chill. Their Spotify playlist is quite good and not very loud. Coffee and pastries are standard quality. Plenty of parking next to the Starbucks. A couple of lanes for drive-through that doesn’t block the right lane of the road. Starbucks merch. is also available. Overall, one of the top 5 locations in Memphis.”

“It has been half a year since I got my glasses from Dr. Cooper, and they have worked out very well. I am sorry it took me so long to get around to writing a review, but better late than never. My experience (and my wife as well, as we scheduled appointments consecutively) was very positive. Cooper (and the assistant as well) was very professional, knowledgable, helpful, and just an all around nice guy. A few years ago, I went to the closest clinic I could find (For Your Eyes Only), and a Dr. Friedman proceeded to give me the worst experience of eye care in my entire life (35 years of corrective vision). Thankfully Dr. Cooper restored my faith in the optometry profession. I will be returning for my next vision checkup, and I recommend Dr. Cooper to anyone else who might be looking for a quality optometrist.”

Turnover at the dealership, some crises at home, etc. Stan went above and beyond in storing my van during the delays and helping me get it repaired in a way that would save me a lot of money.
