“My wife decided she wanted a complete upgrade of two bathrooms in our house in Cordova. After checking around we decided on Source One Construction for the project. We were convinced from our first meeting with Jeff that he had the background, the skills and the vision to lay out what we wanted and do it all in layman’s terms that we could easily understand. He listened to our “want list” and transformed that into a complete layout of what they would do - how they would do it - how long it would take - and how much it would cost. He transferred his complete confidence of what he would do and how he would do it over to us - and we put down a deposit and proceeded. Jeff took charge of the project and while he had various skilled crews come in for various aspects of the project - he was actually a very hands-on person. After the first week it felt like a member of the family coming over every day. Jeff ensured that everything was done professionally and to code. He ensured the work site was cleaned at the end of each day. Jeff was attentive to every detail of the entire project - no matter how small the detail. Under Jeff’s direction the project was successfully completed on time and in budget. We were extremely pleased with how the project went and with the end result.
