“I’ve had to call twice during my four years working downtown. Both times the women were absolutely excellent. In December I needed help for a guest who was exhibiting signs of mental distress at my restaurant. I was little nervous to call 911 for someone who needed help but also wasn’t being aggressive. I have never had a negative experience with metro police myself which is great. When you see the news from around the country you start to think twice. The woman who helped me gave me assurance that the situation would be handled safely and appropriately. The EMT was very nice to the young man and listened to the information I was able to gather. I just wanted to say thank you. I felt much more confident after speaking w/ her. As a community we are lucky to have her.”

“Dr Butterfield is amazing doctor, she take really care of me, I have severe asthma and allergies issues, and I found out I was allergic to everything in my apartment and outside, I had mold growing in my apartment so bad I was wondering why I stayed sick all the time and missing work days, it's because my apartment was making me sick I'm allergic to mold, and my landlord told me it wasn't they problem, Dr Butterfield recommended me to move out and that's what I did and now the stupid apartment complex is taking me to court, I have 3 inhalers I was on shots for asthma and allergies but my crazy insurance didn't want to pay anymore, Dr Butterfield could tell how sick I was and she did everything to help me I would recommend her to anyone, and the staff are amazing as well super sweet people's”

“I had low expectations calling for A/C service on a 90° day following multiple 90° days, but MW answered my call right away, responded the same day, and fixed the system without delay. Conner was very professional, had a great attitude, and is clearly skilled in his trade. A refrigerant line had a broken joint and the repair procedure was fully explained. The cost of services was explained up front and, despite my initial sticker shock, I realized soon I was receiving a bargain for the expediency, thoroughness, and quality of work performed. My A/C system was returned to service without further issue and I couldn’t be more pleased with MW Mechanical. I highly recommend them.”
