They truly improved my quality of life. Still have limitations due to degenerative disc disease but soo grateful to still be standing. Centered just a bit from town (1.5mi to HEB, Thrift stores, Eateries & the Washteria) So if you're looking to come south or live here in the south looking for a hide away with tons of great fishing (my personal passion) Here's a spot to squat! “My friend families and mine have been staying at the Lodge every forth of July for the past 3 years. There are 18 of us total and the lodge has plenty of room for us all. We book a year in advance to be sure to get our date. We love staying at the Lodge, it's close to downtown and the water. We can hang out outside and no be affriad to make a little noise. They have a fire pit, volleyball net, basketball goal, and a large parking are with a fish cleaning station. What more could you ask for beside affordable rate, and you guest it, they have that too.”

“I have had the pleasure to go out with Brennan 5 times now. He is the best guide that I have ever used. I took my father fishing on one of the trips and we were both catching one Redfish after another the entire trip. It was the best fishing trip my father or I have ever been on. Brennan teaches you what to look for and how to catch the fish. He is patient and just have a blast with him. He is the only guide I will use at this point and have fished with 6 other guides in the area. I have caught multiple limits of fish with him and have learned so much. If you book him you will never use anyone else. I cant say enough about this young man or his work ethic. I cant wait until the next trip!”
