“This veterinary clinic is the BEST. I was visiting my sister from the valley when my 14 year old diabetic chihuahua Dott became very lethargic. I called several vet clinics in Austin and Bastrop and no one would see him. Essential Vet Care immediately accepted him as a walk in, drew labs, and fixed him right up. Dr. Gonzalez is a caring, patient, and extremely helpful veterinarian! I wish we lived closer so my Dott could continue care with her :( The receptionists and vet techs were also very helpful and kind. Thank you so much Essential Vet Care!”

“Met Dr. Halley today. First checkup for my senior Cavalier. Connor had a small loose tooth that the doctor dealt with quickly after giving him a brief exam. He was gentle and caring with my dog who was a bit anxious. The techs were very helpful. The whole visit was a positive experience.”
