(September 6, 2022, 10:36 pm)5 stars PLUS!! I pulled into Belden's minutes before they were scheduled to close with a deflating tire (caused by a protruding nail). I really needed the tire repaired but was preparing myself for the staff to tell me to come back in the morning. But not Belden's! They repaired my tire immediately, staying 20 minutes past closing to get it done. Outstanding service; they clearly care about their customers, and they will definitely be our family's automotive shop from now on. Thank you to the entire staff for your help!

Service that started with an S- as in SMILES , which is what they greeted me with at the door when I walked in, non scheduled, and in desperation of a full on flat tire change…. And then service ending in an E- which was EXCELLENT. These gentlemen were kind, courteous, professional, and FAST.
100% they have earned a repeat customer and recommendation to everyone I know.
They were so kind and humble about it all. I barely had enough time to call my husband and tell him my drama for the day, before they were signaling to tell me my car was ready. The Last words I heard before I walked out to grab my car was “we will never leave you stranded”. How about that? A promise of true customer service from a company even though I was the one who inconvenienced them. Highly recommend.
(August 5, 2022, 11:27 pm)I trusted my 1972 C-10 personal project restoration completion to my friends at Beldens in Boerne Texas. I was under a time constraint to complete this project as I live out of Texas and needed to be moving very soon. Every bay at the location was full, yet they made the time and provided outstanding pricing for the final stage of my project. Every tech and staff member I had contact with made sure i knew that they were making every effort to meet my needs. I fully trusted the Belden's leadership and staff to deliver the same great service I have experienced over the last 15 plus years. Thanks Team, Ray Roberts
(June 13, 2022, 5:47 pm)BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I had to call a lot of tire places to find a tire for my car but Beldens won me over with their amazing customer service! Everyone was awesome, the lobby is clean, modern and comfortable and they even took me home and brought me back! . I'll never go anywhere else after this experience!!! Thanks Y'all!!!
