They were so kind and humble about it all. I barely had enough time to call my husband and tell him my drama for the day, before they were signaling to tell me my car was ready. The Last words I heard before I walked out to grab my car was “we will never leave you stranded”. How about that? “We need more of this please! Phenomenal customer service. We are living in some challenging times for sure. Finding hard workers is tough. Today I walked in for a return of a new tractor tire. Unfortunately, it was the wrong size. I had to spend $25 for Discount Tire to mount it. When I walked in they welcomed me and then John, the General Manager walked out after hearing what had happened. He said…do not worry, we will take the tire off and refund your money. This is what I am talking about. There is a reason he is the GM, as customer service is what it is all about. Thank you John and your team.
