“I am caring for two relatives in Fair Oaks Ranch who needed a water heater replaced. I do not live in Texas. Therefore, finding a reliable and trustworthy plumber was important. Jim was immediately responsive, and remained excellent in communications throughout the process. James came and did the work. My Aunt reported that James was very friendly and seemed excellent and professional in his task. The water heater was installed without issue at a very fair price.
