“It's 2023. If you're still showing up to a place like this without signing in online first then that's your fault. The online check in was accurate on my estimated wait time, and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Easiest process ever. SIGN IN ONLINE, CHECK THE TIME IT TAKES TO GET THERE VIA GPS AND THEN LEAVE 5-10 MINUTES SOONER THAN IT SAYS YOULL TAKE TO GET THERE SO YOU HAVE TIME TO FILL OUT THE FORM YOU NEED. For example, GPS says it was going to take me 13 minutes to get here and the status update of my position said 18 minutes until I'm next, so i left 10 minutes early and got here with about 5 minutes to wait which was enough time for me to fill out the form. Got called up and the processing only took about 5 minutes from the moment i sat down.”

“Originally, I was lost on how to go about getting myself another birth certificate to renew my license. Upon calling down there I did have a very friendly, professional young lady that I was able to leave a message for and called me back almost an hour later. She asked if I'd like to be placed on a list that they go by during business hours corresponding to your name and the last four of your cell phone number. I told her where I was coming from in fear that I was not going to make it in time however, I did and she was very polite at the window and more helpful in telling me what paperwork I needed to get my new birth certificate. I waited about an hour after arriving at 3:30 p.m. which I thought was late. The young lady at Windows 6 on this particular day was Jessica Gonzalez and she was knocking out all of the birth certificate people that were waiting to be helped although other windows were working alongside her at the same time! So long story short I have my birth certificate in a sleeve which is available, and I'm a happy camper I was out of there about 10 minutes after 5:00 appreciate it thank you! FYI... Unfortunately those folks that are waiting for passports do take a little bit more time and we'll work on your patience. But know that on the other side they're getting it done quickly for your birth and death certificates!”
