“I've gotten some very great deals here! Their inventory is constantly changing so if you don't see something you like just come back in a few weeks and there is different stuff. If something had been there for as long time you might be able to negotiate a lower price on it too. The staff is very friendly and warm, without being overbearing or hassling you. So far as their prices go, I feel they are very fair, especially compared to the outrageously expensive new furniture stores!”

The lines are outrageous and it's the only thing that damages your experience. They shouldn't be so harsh on budgets and hire more people. “After I learned that appointments are now necessary since this Geek Squad location is now a Certified Apple Service Center, I had no problem scheduling the appointment. Even though there was a line, I was directed to a seat and checked-in because I had an appointment. While all of the agents were busy, I was next to be helped along with those others who also had appointments. I was very pleased with the experience.”
