“Started my fitness journey and the end of January 2019. I had taken a class or two for fun with friends for Bachelorette parties, and had always wanted to learn more. I took my first class and I was hooked! My instructor was kind, encouraging, and everyone at the studio was so welcoming. Pole is definitely more challenging than it looks, and it will take a lot of determination and hard work to achieve your goals. They offer a variety of classes to show you how versatile pole can actually be. You can go there for the workout, to learn technique, or to learn choreography. I encourage people who are interested to just give it a try - and take more than one class before you decide if it is not for you.”

Then, we meet Dr. Mastrovich and he was even more pleasant. He went above and beyond to educate me, answer all my questions, and present me with a written plan for my son at the end of the visit. Did I mention my 2 year old was basically screaming the whole time? And yet, Dr. Mastrovich never became impatient with us. Excellent excellent physician who knows his stuff! Highly recommend.”
