“Dr Mac is an amazimg doctor who listens to his patients individual sympts with an open mind and sees the big picture of the patients health. My life would be miserable if I didn't find Dr. Mac just in time... I had many existing medical issues and, upon finding Dr. Mac, a new painful medical issue. He helped guide me through my medical issues and still does til this day! And, additionally, Dr. Mac is the most caring and SELFLESS doctor I have met in my 33 years of living (& with my health issues starting @ the age of 4, I've met A LOT of doctors!”

“These guys are by far the best in class. I have purchased at least 35 cars in my life and these two brothers really know how to do it right. Great prices, no pressure, and clean good cars. I will buy from them again!”

“We have 2 children in the PreK 3 and 4 programs at SGA. We love EVERYTHING about the school! All teachers and staff greet us every morning and afternoon with warm smiles and hugs for our children. The curriculum is the perfect balance between academic and fun. We are amazed every day at the new skills our children are learning. We see pictures of the kids throughout the day doing their work and playing with their classmates. Our 5 year old can recite The Pledge of Allegiance in English and Spanish! Amazing! Our kids run to their classrooms every morning to see their teachers and friends and we have no doubt that the children are safe and being well cared for. We look forward to sending our youngest there soon!”

“Samuel are you kidding me, south side? Really it's not even bad over there it's poor but the crime for neighborhoods isn't bad, and this is not mid class this is high class, if u think south side is bad try living in the Lincoln courts by Irving middle school, west and east are the worst by far, and to the kids going to Lopez, y'all r lucky u can get houses like those and be privalaged the way y'all are and if y'all ever go to the west side, don't tell them your a northsider, cause there are middles school(tafolla,Irving,Rhodes etc.) gangs that will jump you”

“When it comes to nutrition and exercise, Jeff is an expert. Losing weight is a hard thing to do, but having Jeff on your side really helps. He is very encouraging. And has a flexible schedule.”

“I go on this trail constantly. The trail is in great shape. It’s paved the whole way to the Parman Library. It never feels too crowded. For the most part, the people I encounter are friendly and will wave. The dog park appears to be very popular, but I don’t have any pets so I don’t have first hand knowledge of how good it is for pets. The dog park does have water fountains for humans and pets, but the walking trail does not. I get water at the library though and turn around.”

“My children have been there for six years so far and I have never had a bad experience. All of the teachers my children have had have been great and very caring. The school is very inviting as is the staff, the curriculum is spot on, they have an outdoor school, art cart, iPads, fit bit's, many great things for the kids to expand their education. Even when we have had problems with bullying it has been handled very promptly and properly. Our experience with the counselors and nurses have also been very positive. There is very little turn over in staff and I appreciate that. It is a great school! ”

“How to pick a great trainer? I've struggled with this for some time and spent a lot of money trying to figure it out and with Positive Pump I feel like I've finally found it. Its a combination of different qualities that I feel like any business, especially personal training, needs to have when they want to be successful. 1 It needs to have a system ( Too many times I have encountered personal training that didn't have a fully developed system. It felt random, and didn't keep my goals/vision in the forefront to keep me inspired and focused) 2 It needs to hold me accountable to my bullshit (I've always been skinny and I am not trying to gain 50 pounds in a couple months but I was really focused on getting as ripped as possible, healthy and strong with specific numbers in mind. Part of the problem many of the times is the personal trainer doesn't want to rock the boat too much and doesn't dig enough to find the truth. I need to have a trainer that sees through my excuses and hold me accountable and consistently. I feel Austin does just that) 3 It needs to fit my budget ( Austin worked with me to where we both felt very comfortable with the financial investment, I have no problem spending money as long as its valuable, which Positive Pump is that and more) 4 It needs to help me with meal prepping ( Personally I've had a lot of trouble eating lunch consistently and healthy with work. Austin helped design nutritious bulk meals that have helped me actually eat lunch every week) 5 I have to respect them as a person and business ( Being a business owner myself I get critical of anyone selling services to me, Austin from Positive Pump is very professional and genuinely cares about every client.) Hopefully anyone that is looking for great personal training will read this and be more confident in their decision if they choose Positive Pump.”
