“Salado Creek dry as a bone as month although the doggie park was nice. Yorkie got out and had a great time with every tree and the park. No pictures today seen no deer snakes birds or otherwise just dogs. Here is a picture of July's visit”

“Great place to take the kids or throw a family get-together. There are multiple playgrounds for children of all ages and plenty of trees for shade. If you reserve a gazebo there are usually barbecue grills near them and tons of space to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed after 12pm as well. It is located right off the highway so be careful locating the entrance or you could pass it up. I highly recommend this park!”

“The city has done a great job renovating the park since the Google hut was removed. Excellent playground for little ones, lots of trees planted, even a little concrete pathway to walk around. When I was there today, the grass was high, and just needed some TLC. Overall, a good experience however.”

“Excellent park for a walk/run because of the ample shade, especially during the hot summers. Only issue for me is traffic from hwy 281 can be heard throughout almost the entire park.”

“This at the Alamo Bark Park. Love bringing my kids here, my friends and their friends are here to visit and have a great time relaxing or in the dogs cases running and having fun. Its owned by dog owners and not the city of Alamo Heights so donations are welcome as well as volunteers.”

“Great fields, very nice. Clean. The park is well cared for, nice and green. would recommend any person wanting to join a team to join Spartans (the first team there next to the parking lot) usually find them there training there Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Incredibly talented team.”
