“Get food before you go over the big bridge to the shore. Not many fast food places near the beach. Way better than Galveston. $12 bought us a sticker for my truck, good for the whole year. You can drive on the beach. Was crowded but not packed. Not many shells but there was no sea weed in the water and someone even caught a baby hammer head just a few feet away from us. People had canopies, jet skis, floats, sailboats. And there were police patrolling. Had a great time and will definitely be back.”
