“Jacqueline at the front desk was very friendly and kind. She answered all of my questions and was eager to help. We were visiting grandchildren and I had asked if we could have them in our room. She said that was no problem. She even said she had made fresh coffee and that there was cookies we could give to the kids. While it was kind of her we passed and purchased something different for them. Our room was exceptionally clean, smelled clean. The lobby and grounds were very clean and maintained. They had a great breakfast for everyone. We did not eat but it was very nice looking and even have fresh eggs cooked. I wish we would have stayed for where we ate layer at, ????. I will definitely stay there again if the need arises.”

“So.....we came to Texas because of work. Needed a place to reside and stumbled across, "The Preserves at Oyster Creek". At first, though impressive, it wasn't what we were looking for. However, because of time restraints we signed a lease knowing that it would serve its purpose. To our surprise it was more than we hoped for. We were able to quickly feel at home in our unit. The homes are modern and tastefully designed to optimize space. The property grounds are well maintained, and for the most part the community is quiet. We rarely required any maintenance, but when we did Mr. Rudy was more than knowledgeable, and always willing to make things correct. He was very professional, polite, and courteous. A good person with a good spirit, and we can't thank him enough. Thank you Mr. Rudy! Now, the rental office staff. Amazing! Two very smart and bright young ladies. Ms. Elissa & Ms. Jerica, I can't thank you ladies enough. You made all the difference in the world in our experience as tenants of the Preserves. Always welcoming, pleasurable to speak with, and just purely heart warming. You were always prompt in a response to any inquiry and to whatever the needed. Your management company is lucky to have you. You're truly assets. Jerica we were sorry to see you go, and we missed you it's true; but Ms. Elissa hit it outta the park and brought us home. Thanks Elissa for everything. Thanks for all the help you gave unselfishly and not just because it's a job; but because you showed compassion! Keep up the good work and stay blessed ladies! “Get food before you go over the big bridge to the shore. Not many fast food places near the beach. Way better than Galveston. $12 bought us a sticker for my truck, good for the whole year. You can drive on the beach. Was crowded but not packed. Not many shells but there was no sea weed in the water and someone even caught a baby hammer head just a few feet away from us. People had canopies, jet skis, floats, sailboats. And there were police patrolling. Had a great time and will definitely be back.”

“Mr. Mike is a good guy and works with he's renters. It's just a regular rv park. Wi-Fi lags needs to be updated. No amenities. Flood free zone. Fare rent. If you have kids might not be best for you. Even though I had mine during the summer. They played along with other kids from rv park.”

“Our daughter's softball team had a tournament in Lake Jackson, so we decided to bring our travel trailer and stay at this RV resort. The management was extremely friendly and very accommodating. We arrived late Friday night and found all our paperwork waiting for us next to the office. They allowed us to leave our trailer in our spot late on our last day since we were unsure of when we would be done with our tournament. The park is very clean , nice and because it is gated it feels very safe. Very nice spots with concrete pads, especially the ones next to their little lake (Like a large pond with fountains.). They had a heated pool but we did not have a chance to check it out. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay there again. Thank you again to the management for being soo flexible with us.”
