(August 22, 2022, 10:27 pm)I sure enjoyed the cake from this place. I enjoyed it so much that I had one sent to my son for his birthday. He lives in another State and I wanted him to have a piece of Texas for his birthday.

(December 6, 2021, 8:34 pm)Delicious. My wife and I were sightseeing in Bertram and found this little place selling pecan cakes. Not pecan pies but cakes. So we bought some to try and just like everyone else; we love them. I just ordered three more for Christmas gifts.
(May 13, 2019, 8:47 pm)A few months ago I just happen stanced across the Texas Pecan Cake Shop. I walked in to get a cup of coffee and Will greeted me and asked if I wanted a sample. I've been hooked ever since. Every time I drive through Bertram, I stop and get a coffee and a small cake.
The bakery is located in the Bertram Library building. He bakes fresh daily. Do not pass on this cake. It's even shaped like Texas!
