(April 16, 2021, 3:26 pm)This was such an awesome little getaway. Roger is a wonderful host. Helps you get settled and then it’s all privacy. We felt like we were completely alone. The house has everything you need. They made fresh banana bread that was delicious!! Love the property. It’s a short walk down to the river, and you have an amazing hot tub at your disposal. I will say that there is a peacock population on the property and they are so loud. I have no complaints and will definitely visit again.

(December 13, 2020, 5:50 pm)Lovely cottage right up the hill from the San Marcos river. Beautifully decorated, stocked with everything you need. Totally relaxing and peaceful place. Highly recommended!
