“Check in at gate starts at 0600, once through with that process, pull forward up past several parking spots and stop get out and go check in with the office up the ramp. Gave them the paperwork they gave me a door. They open the doors from the inside. Once unloaded and have paperwork leave doors open and drive to gate. They check trailer and let you go. No over night parking but you can park down either end of the road.”

“I have lived here almost two years and wanted to give some time to leave an honest review! This is by far the best rental experience I’ve ever had. If I wasn’t purchasing a home, I would renew my lease for sure! Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The maintenance guys are completely underrated! I’ve only had minor issues but they are fixed within the day. They go above and beyond to keep the grounds clean and the property maintained. I did read a review regarding being approached at the pool, but that’s done every time I’ve been out there with my family. The leasing agent usually walks from group to group making small talk and has questioned if people in the pool were with me, but I didn’t take that personally. I like the fact that they try to minimize the traffic in the pool and limit guests. It prevents over crowding and you’re able to better enjoy the amenities you pay for. She’s never approached in a rude or aggressive manner. I like that she interacts with us as her neighbors! I would easily refer anyone considering a move to this property to go for it!”
