He followed up with us the following day making sure everything was good and we were happy. Mike, the GM, stepped in our bike deal and personally saw it through. He went above and beyond as well to see that we were completely satisfied and the financing was where we wanted it to be. The finance manager that closed the deal, Chris, was great as well. He knew we were pressed on time but still made sure to be thorough. He never spit out a bunch of papers off the printer expecting us to just sign. He went over everything answering all our questions.”
