“After a big runaround at another Best Buy, we ended up at the Allen store and spoke to Thomas in the TV section. He was super knowledgeable, helped us find what we needed, and didn’t try to sell us something that wasn’t what we were looking for. He took the time we needed and didn’t rush us. We live closer to like 3 other Best Buys, but we will be back to the Allen store just because of the service Thomas gave us. And no, we don’t even know him! It’s just that in the day and age we are in, good service deserves a shout out.”

Neal really took care of us and the inspection he did was VERY thorough and to the point. Because we couldn’t make it in person- Neal was able to answer our questions with ease and knowledge over the phone. We also really appreciated that he worked flexibly with our schedule. “We went there for Saturday brunch. It was our first time there. As we walked in, there were paper menus at the door. We didn't realize we needed to order at the register first. Once we ordered, they gave us a pager and sent us off to get our coffee and water. There were tables inside and outside. We chose outside. Our wait for food wasn't too long thankfully. We weren't sure if We picked up the food (because of the pager), but we're pleased that a waiter attended us. We ordered chicken & waffles and challah French toast with sausage patties. The food was tasty and fresh. The manager passed by to greet us. Overall, we had a pleasant time.”

They open at 7am so on my way to work I called in an order and when I got there it was hot and ready. The chorizo and egg tacos were amazing and they have some super yummy avocado salsa! “A huge shout out to Katherine and Sam Who were tremendously helpful on our visit yesterday. Super friendly, great eye for fashion and very appreciative for their superior customer service . We came with an agenda to create a new wardrobe for my newly single daughter. We literally bought every item Katherine suggested which included some items i would’ve walked right by except for their suggestion to try it. My daughter is 36 and size 6. I’m 63 and a size 12. My daughter ended up with enough separate pieces to literally create at least 20 different outfits. I ended up buying a pair of jeans and a blouse which were both age appropriate for me and stylish. We were so successful with our purchases we didn’t need to visit any other stores. Thank you Katherine and Sam!”
