“By far the BEST urgent care experience I have ever had! Yasmin and Dr. Smitha were so welcoming, kind, and caring, listening to everything I had to say and informing me well every step of the way during my visit. The lobby is stocked with coffees and teas made available to patients while waiting which was really nice especially when not feeling well. Check-in was painless and quick, waiting time was next to nothing! Back in the patient care rooms, Yasmin ran all my tests in front of me and informed me through everything so I knew exactly what was going on and what was being tested. AND they have a prescription vending machine where you interface with a pharmacist to get your prescriptions right there in the clinic! This was such a fantastic and cool experience, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of urgent care!”

“Had a water supply line and valve fail in an upstairs bathroom on a Friday evening. Once I got the water at the main shut off, I called Thorough Plumbing and Jeff was over within the hour to make the repair and get the water to the house back on. As the name suggests, he was extremely thorough and explained why and how it all happened and the best option for moving forward. I kept looking and finally decided to go in and indulge my taste buds. It smelled so good the minute you open the door. We had the pleasure of meeting Alexandra an employee who was kind and had a beautiful smile. She talked to us about the different flavors and we finally made a choice I got the lemon and my husband got his favorite chocolate. They were very delicious. “We ordered a 12 pizza with pepperoni, jalapeno and banana peppers. I have to say that it was a great tasting pizza! The owner/manager gave us some really good garlic bread for free! They were delicious as well.(maybe it's called something else on the menu) on a side note..... the pizza is almost as good the next morning.... but still delicious.”

“The doctors and staff here are superior to many! They office appointments are on time, the doctor spends time with me and is attentive to details and caring too! Another plus is that they can do blood work on site, mammograms are a couple door down the hall, and the office is attached to a major hospital- convenience is all here! It's also easy to leave a voicemail and hear back promptly to have quick needs attended to. I moved to Richardson, but gladly drive to Allen to continue here!”
