I bought a new car earlier this year. Without mentioning the name of my old insurance company, I had been with them for over 23 years. When my agent told me how much my policy was increasing, they left me no choice but to seek quotes. Needless to say with busy work schedule and trying to weigh all my options, Mr. Palmer came through with flying colors and quotes that not only fell way below my previous insurance companies prices. I was also able to lower my deductible. He assisted me in getting my policy sent to me via email and walked me through every step of signing the policy digitally, sending it back to him digitally, setting up auto pay, etc. Thanks goes out to Mr. Palmer and his team at Allstate for making the transition seamless. Never met them in person but they were always very nice and professional on the phone when I had an issue. The insurance I was paying for was outrageously priced and had to cancel because I found a much better price, literally half what I was paying with All state which is why I had to cancel. Other than that, great service. I would recommend this company.

David and his entire office have been extremely helpful! They are very quick to respond to emails and phone calls and answer any questions I may have. Even if they don't have the answer they find out the answer and call you right back! They even reviewed our policy saw we were eligible for the preferred plan and switched us to that saving us 200 a month on car insurance! That is way more than any other insurance company has done for us! I am forever grateful for Allstate, not only as my car insurance but my home insurance too.
